202.

Dress Dorothy Perkins | Tights Addition-Elle | Snood Forever 21 | Shoes and Cardigan Thrifted

Finally, an update!
The weather is actually quite nice enough for me not to go with a woolly coat, so I took the opportunity to snap some pictures outside because I hate taking pictures in my house. I was wearing a cozy jacket/chunkier cardigan on top but I decided to forgo without it for this picture.

Also, another thing I just wanna get off my chest: Don't you hate it when you wear white/a light colour and no matter how much you try, you STILL get something on your clothes? Grrr! So annoying. That's what happened to me like 4 hours after I took these photos. I'm not that much of a slob, I swear. Also... I just noticed that I have a red speck on my arm. I think it's a piece of fuzz from one of my red cardigans that decided to attach itself onto my polkadots.

Anyways, this is all for today and I'll try my best to update! I really have no excuse when I'm not swamped with homework and papers these days. (Ok I lied, I have a paper due in 4 weeks but I'm procrastinating right now. Big time.)

  1. You look gorgeous! I especially love the cardigan and scarf, polka dots and mustard yellow are both so pretty. I totally feel you you on wearing white and spills, I can't seem to wear any light colours without getting coffee on myself.

  3. I love it! The pop of mustard is awesome.
Also feeling you on getting things on clothes, though technically I am quite the klutz. For instance I was helping my bf pick out a leave in conditioner for his beard (don't ask) and got hair oil on my brand new shirt that I just took the tags off of today. Since it's oil, I don't know if it will come out.

  4. Great outfit! Love the dress. The snood looks really great. Lately, I've been into snoods too! And I totally agree with stains on light colored clothes. Its the reason why I try to avoid white. I'm not a slob at all, but it just happens! I especially hate it when its oil stain on a favorite peice. That bums me out.

  7. God, I love snoods! I found this one at F21 in the states for $7.50 ... in Canada, in our F21 there's snoods very similar to this one and it's $17.50. I am dying at the ridiculous price!

And yes, well I admit I'm a bit of a slob but it just frustrates me to no end. Oil, OMG. There's so many nice things I ruined because of oil stains...

  8. Mustard is my in-colour right now. I love it. Oh, and haha, I love your story about the beard conditioner! That's so funny. :) I really hate it when I get oil on anything. Esp. clothes. You can look on the internet on how to remove oil stains?

  9. YES. :(
This always happen when I'm eating sushi or like soup. When I'm not wearing light colours I am spotless. Then suddenly, bam, white... and random stain. When I don't even remember spilling anything on myself! D:

    Thank you Sonia! xx

I just adore this outfit! I'm a total slob too, in that I constantly spill on myself! I'm always afraid to wear white. Other than not knowing how to pair it, but I love what you've done with this.

  11. Thanks!
White is a lovely colour. But I have trouble differentiating between cream and white. They kinda look the same to me, but I am very drawn to white! It's pretty but the annoying thing is that it's a stain magnet...

  17. Hi Gazel, I was wondering... how are the clothes at Dorthy Perkins? I want to order a jacket and a dress but i am worried it wont fit. I wear a size 22 @ Asos, how are the sizes at dorthy perkins? Thanks. :)

  18. Maybe that's why during cold seasons I wear mostly dark colors :) White has a tendency to become dirty, even in the slightest...it's inevitable. Oh, and I love your scarf! It looks hand-knitten. I love chunky scarves more than my cashmere scarves for winter.

  19. Hi, size 22 US at ASOS or size 22 UK? Dorothy Perkins runs true to size I think (on pants/skirts especially) and their size 22 UK fits like US 18.
